Ah. It'a a new Four Seasons.

After strolling past the Damascus Railway Station (which see med to have been converted into a bookshop), and a beautiful Ottoman-era mosque we came across this looming building.

Reminiscent of MI6 in London I said "It's either the Security Ministry of a new Four Seasons.

On closer inspection it is in fact the new Four Seasons Hotel!
