Georgians do love their bling
Facing the Presidential Palace which sits on a hill to the East is the TV Tower.
It is a pretty commanding structure during the day. And then they light it up like a Christmas Tree at night. And then the lights all shimmer.
There was no way I could offer to hold my camera still long enough for an unblurred shot, so instead I went for the full on light stream effect!
