Country 58: Andorra

Andorra has a city!

And several towns.

And a strange constitutional arrangement whereby the place is run on alternate years by a French Bishop and a Spanish Bishop.

And lots of mountains.

And a rather splendid spa hotel.

And cheap cigarettes. Many many many many many metal warehouses right on the border with France shipping tax free ciggies to the French and presumably the same arrangement on the border with Spain for the Spanish too.
